Convergence Wireless has established numerous strategic partnerships with government entities and commercial enterprises that participate in the Smart Grid market.

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and Convergence Wireless are collaborating on various multi-million dollar projects to deploy Site Sense Lighting™ (SSL™) and the company has an ongoing partnership with the Department of Energy (DoE) on several levels. In addition, Convergence Wireless is working with the U.S. Marines and U.S. Army on various building energy reduction initiatives.

Convergence Wireless has established a strategic partnership with Texas Instruments. The two companies have partnered to incorporate Convergence Wireless' patented technology onto their ARM based 32bit microcontroller low power radio based product line and have collaborated to showcase Convergence Wireless’ high scale node count solutions for commercial building lighting control’s SSL™ Product Line.

Convergence Wireless is also working with Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO) and Austin Energy among others. Through the partnership with Austin Energy, Convergence Wireless was invited to participate in the ground breaking Pecan Street Project.
